Make - Build a Toolbox for a Four Wheeler ATV

  • I make this handy toolbox for the front of the ATV to store and transport battery and gas powered tools for work around the yard. I use scrap pieces of baltic birch plywood for the bottom and sides of the box. Baltic birch plywood is extremely strong and does a great job of holding nails and screws. I use half inch plywood for the front and back of box.

I like videos like this one. A problem/need was identified and a quick and easy solution developed. All of the little internal additions make great use of the space.

Great solution, Jon! Cool to know that battery powered tools are doing good enough of a job now that you're using them this often.

That box is a great place for some FastCap Kaizen Foam to keep items from rattling around. Also, a hinged lid would be nice to keep out the elements & critters. Great video Jon, thanks for sharing!
