Its Impossible to be able to soft mod a 360. Microsoft Was able to make it impossible for you to do absolutely anything. With this you just need to hard mod it.
I have two OG xboxes with the Xecuter mod that need repair as well as a Trinity 360 slim that I'd like modded. I'd be willing to offer up one of the OG xboxes as additional payment to sweeten the deal.
Great video thanks! What recommended solder tip size and shape do you recommend? I believe I have heard the Conical Tip R0.20mm is good but must use flux with it.

my xbox is modded so i can play burned disc games, if i get it modded with rgh can i still play my burned discs?id hate to have to redownload all those games already that i have on disc.
@@TheModSmith i dont understand why nobody sells or makes an rgh that can also play burned discs. some people like to have an actual disc of some games and not just have a file of it.
Well, I solved the problem. I scratched the PLL_BYPASS point under the heat sink. Make sure it is the same point. Its location may differ slightly above or below, or the point may be at number 5. I hope I helped you.

The flasher is just to flash the nand you desolder afterwords what you are referring to is a glitch chip and those you keep inside the console

U can make a normally xbox 360 to xbox 360 rgh? In the systems inside it? Not the case , bc my xbox is the version that normally from xbox store😅

I’m using the tip that came with my Hakko FX-888D, although everyone seems to be advising a smaller tip so I’ll be looking into that.

@TheModSmith, Do you think that without experience I would be able to change the LED ring on my Xbox 360 Super Slim without any damage?
The LED's on the 360 are 0603 SMD size so they're very small, I think some soldering experience would be expected.

You can still RGH even if you disk drive is flashed, yes.

So I modded my 360, but now what? What programs, and dash should I use?

You'll want to install XexMenu, DashLaunch, and Aurora.
