Love watching these videos going through the machine and fixing them up. I have about the same amount to go through. Can’t wait until I retire and can spend more time working on them. It is very relaxing to me and feels like a great accomplishment when it is finished.

Good work! In my case I would restore or replace the compensation spring because it is not looks like as usual. Also Vibrating Shuttle machines don't like motors and should run much slower. Did you check carbon disks inside the "pedal" behind the scenes? Disks often needs cleaning from soot and sometimes I found broken disks what should be removed.
Thank you so much! I did not check the discs inside of the controller. It had pretty good response as far as speed control is concerned, so it really never crossed my mind. It is a very good idea though. As much as I had the machine torn apart, I should have gone the extra step to check the condition on the pedal. Thanks for the suggestion and thanks for watching!
