To avoid damaging your mirror, I've been told you can pry the OEM caps off without removing the mirror at all
How? I already know how to remove de OEM Caps without breaking anything but still don’t know how I’m gonna remove those others 2 screws from the mirror side to remove the blinkers
Or simply use a small long T10. Pull your side mirrors up and remove the 2 bottom screws and the whole bottom wil come apart then just replace it. İ broke my side mirror when i tried to remove the glass 😅. After that i realised that i can access the screws without removing the glass. Hope this helps.

Your tutorial helped me get this job done in less than 10 minutes flat!! but i broke my left mirror when putting it back on :( i’ve already ordered a new mirror tho!
Yeah some people are saying they didn't remove the mirror when doing this job. They just pried the mirror cap off. Maybe thats a better way if you are cool with potentially breaking the clips on your OEM caps, which are cheaper than a new mirror
@@NWAuto And where do i find how to do that? I really don't wanna take off my glass.
@@Supremepikachu try using a pry tool to remove the cover without removing the mirror at all
@@NWAutohi i did but my mirror moving stop working i disconnected the mirror and put on it back and since then the motor is not rotating mirror at all
@@Rimsabe I would check that everything is plugged in correct. This shouldn't affect the rotation
On my Bmw f45 the 3 top T10 are different from the other 2 down.
The 2 down have normal 6 slice and the 3 up have 5 and I don't know how they are called and where to buy it
Help my f32 mirror is titled up and after the mod was done it was stuck like this and couldn’t tilt back down.
Should have left it stock. Why mess with your mirror for cheap china crap like this?

I hit my mirror against the garage door, and broke the little transparent bit sitting in the black frame. Is that something I can even find, or is it part of the whole indicator assembly?
The part that lights up? Yeah that can be fixed. Thats basically what I changed in this video
Has anyone tried if this works with tandem with the LED GTS taillights or are they both at different speeds looking weird?
It’s hard to see the mirror turn signals and the tail lights at the same time. But they seem to be synced up perfectly

@@johnp6142 Try doing it without removing the mirror. I haven't tried that, but people are saying you can just pry the caps out
