I love watching these Temu hauls, I did place an order but was vastly DISSAPOINTED when it arrived, I gave most of it away.

Feels commercially reinforced... like she is getting some cut for posting this from Temu. I mean comments like "these are my favorite lashes" girl please no one has a favorite lash that is under $10 lol.
I was excited to buy stuff from Temu at cheaper price at first. However, most of the stuff I bought ended up broken. I don't feel comfortable with Temu any more and very very seldom buy anything any more. Once they build up a bad reputation, it is very hard for them to win people's trust.

Temp only encourages you to buy stuff you don’t really need- I don’t think I would be happy entering my card details into a Chinese site- add the dollars spent - how much is really needed ?
I was thinking of using a visa gift card. At this point I've been scammed by damn near every single site at some point so I either have a separate small bank account or separate credit card with low max, but honestly getting a visa gift card is the only way not to be scammed

Got some cool deals on TEMU, but have also been disappointed. The biggest complaint is sometimes you do not receive the item because they often take orders before their shipments have arrived.

I cannot believe you can return those. I ordered a auto cat litter box and they sent a plastic shelf. They have refused to exchange or return or make my order right. I have tried several times and they say they sent the correct item. I will never shop there again
Happened to me too. Also if you cancel on the spot they DO NOT refund you all. I paid $90 but I was refunded only $30 😠😓

I'm telling you don't deal w TEMU. I've been battling w them for 6 days trying to find my package. They've given me the run around each time I've called and finally decided to give me a refund. TODAY I get a notification that my package can be picked up. So I had to call again to find out where? Call UPS. Go ahead for all the inconvenience and keep your order even tho it's been refunded. FAB!! UPS says it's at your post office. Well it's 5pm and I can't pick it up but I don't want it delivered. So I call the post office...they don't have it it's being returned to sender. WHAT??? SO here I go again calling TEMU to tell them what I've been doing for the past hour and this time they say you'll have to reorder everything again if you want it. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I will NEVER order from that place again and I advise you not to either. They made a promise they didn't keep. Whoever put the label on my package didn't include my full address and they gave me the run around for SIX DAYS! ABSOLUTELY NOT!
I never have problem with delivering issues, but some of orders are cheap quality and break easily. i just return them without really returning them, some of them don't need to be returned and they just give u a refunds.

The true question is how long is the shipping? Is it a local company or like a company from China or mayalasia or aomething like that. Several times I've ordered things Not looking at where they're being shipped from and they ended up being shipped from China so I actually got them 4 months later after actually completely forgot about them and they were Christmas gifts for my bros and Dad. It was nothing big just camo face masks so easy for me to overlook the fact they disnt ahow up for Xmas cuz of the other gifts I got them. Then 3 months later my mom calls me and tells me I got 4 packages on the porch come to find out they were the face masks I ordered in novemfor my bros and Dad for Christmas for huntimg. At least they arrived before October season eason opener.....😂 They were cheap what did I expect about $2/ each😂
Love your hauls! I’ve placed 2 orders on temu and both orders I did receive a defective item which they thankfully refunded me for. When you return those items, is it suimilsr to how you return Amazon items? I’ve been eyeing some more expensive items off of temu but I’m hesitant bc of the defective items I did receive where electronic and I’m not sure if I should just bite the Bullets and order it off of Amazon to ensure a working product. I really want to get my daughter a Sanrio camera. She’s obsessed with taking photos with my inta film camera, she’s only 30 months old so I’m hesitating on the price on Amazon but the quality on temu 😅

1. Return items from multiple orders all in one box
2. Choose between USPS or UPS!
3. You have up to 90 days to return an item.
4. Refunds are so quick!! I think 7ish days.
I think it’s worth trying, but you always have the option to return if it stops working :)

They take automatic payments-I bought $300 + only received 60%of three products and was charged $215$+ continuously for 2weeks after the original purchase.
They're thrives and being investigated by several financial institutions.

2 weeks or so
I’ve been unhappy with their return policy. They want a picture, then will decide if it qualifies for a free return, or some such. I’ve decided not to bother at this point considering how cheap the items were. My biggest frustration so far tho was not getting an item I ordered and no way to tell them it was Not in the bag. 🤦🏼♀️🙁. It’ll be a while before I order again.
Oh no! I’m really sorry to hear that Shari, but I have 2 “tips” that might help.
I almost always choose “arrived too late” or “no longer want it” as my reason for return. I’ve never been charged for any & they’re always approved.
As for the missing items, after quite a few orders, probably 20 at this point, I recently had a missing item. It was a smaller order, at least for me, of only 15 items. I put in the request and was immediately refunded. I showed a picture of the box with all the other items and the packaging though. I hope this isn’t happening to you too often, but I can imagine if someone says they’re missing items too much they might start to get suspicious.

I guess I need to choose one of the options you mentioned for a return. But I’ve only had 2 or 3 items I wasn’t happy with and none of them cost over $5 so I’m just not going to bother with it. Thanks for the tips! I may need it in the future. ❤️

If you don’t want to return peel and stick tile, if you have a bookcase in Olivia’s room or playroom you can stick to the backing of bookcase. That way it’s not plain white and the pinks will peek out from behind the decor.
