So the conversion to LS3 really is just about deleting DOD and AFM. Most performance shops (GPI, Texas Speed, etc…) sell a DOD/AFM delete kit for the L99. If you’re gonna be upgrading the cam, then you’d need the new cam, valve springs, and pushrods.
