In food related work environment, luck plays a big part with the other employees, managers and customers. You got amazing managers that'll guide you well until you get the hang of it, and others get douchebag managers who do nothing all day apart from criticizing, and only act when it's turning into a real sh*tshow. Customers are also different depending on where you work, every place got good ones and bad ones, but on some places, most are in a hurry, which makes them angry, which makes them rude despite you doing nothing wrong. Working in food industry like this is pretty much flipping a coin.
