It is probably using an RTX texture that only works on PCs with ray tracing cards, but the shader is probably "defined pbr" or "vanilla RTX" (it doesn't work on cell phones, only on PCs with ray tracing cards)

Hiii! so sorry for the late response TT but If you are playing MCPE on phone, you're going to need to: 1. Download the texture pack. 2. Open your file manager app and locate the downloaded file. 3. All the texture packs are an .mcpack file so you only have to simply tap on it, and it should automatically open and import into Minecraft. ^^ But if you are playing MCPE on PC, you're going to need to: Download the texture pack and double-click the file. This should automatically open Minecraft and import the pack. ^^ Pls let me know if my explanations are not clear hehe, ill try to help further

1. Download the texture pack.
2. Open your file manager app and locate the downloaded file.
