I craaaave that dipping sauce so baaaaaad sometimes. I knew it had garlic and Dill and maybe mail. I'm so grateful to finally get the recipe. I will try to make it at home and eat it with evvvvverything

In my opinion, best of both worlds would be the second version, but cooking the garlic in butter as you did for the first (also black pepper). Tried your recipe, and was very surprised by how amazing it tasted.
I have been experimenting with trying to achieve the famous white sauce you get from an afghani restaurant that is so delicious. I like the second recipe the best as it seems to be closer to what I was trying to aim for .

+Murmad Man , for that red sauce I use this recipe. Grind one tomato, 1 tsp white vinegar, 1 tsp sumac, 1 green chili, salt to taste.
