Hi Svetlana, if you like white sandy beaches with crystal clear water, Langkawi, Pangkor, Penang, PD etc (west side of M'sia) are not the best, try explore the beaches on the east M'sia -Perhentian, Redang, Tioman, Sibu etc or even KK, Sipadan at M'sia on Borneo side.

Malaysia looks like a very beautiful and interesting place. And I saw monkeys at the zoo last weekend, but seeing so many of them in the wild like that has to be so much fun.
Langkawi beaches has something that those places that you mention doesn't have

I very strongly recommend you to go Perhentian island up north on the South China Sea. Less commercialised means pristine beaches. Or Sipadan in East Malaysia

langkawi especially Cenang beach is a night live..started on 3pm above.....in the morning you should go to village area

You had fun. I liked those dark Monkeys they seemed well-behaved compared to some I've seen. We have Box Jellyfish. They will kill you if you get entangled in their tentacles. Yes, the dry season can be disappointing.

Hi Svetlana, No That did not look like a filet OF any kind. Hopefully you will find a few nice places to eat. I liked the fire display after the sun wind down. Cool. That Lady running into the water was a Highlight.!! Wow,!! That Sky Bridge was Amazing. Wow again, I've never seen you looking so nice. The slow motion jumping monkey was Cool. I’m currently looking at booking the Danna Resort. I’m in shock that you can’t swim in the sea, due to the jelly fish..I’m so glad that you pointed that out…I would be very disappointed if we flew all the way from Australia, and not be able to snorkel in the sea…are the jelly fish there all year? We are planning on coming in July.

Glad that you'd arrived in Langkawi. Is it beautiful? I'd never been to Langkawi before. I saw that you went to the Sky-Bridge. Good choice. And you'd been to the Telaga Tujuh Waterfall. It's one of the most beautiful waterfall in Malaysia. They say if you bath in the Telaga Tujuh Waterfall you will have good luck. Luck will always be on your side for the rest of your life. Before you leave Malaysia if you have the time and money I recommend you to travel to the Perhentian Islands. Perhentian Islands in the State Terengganu is more beautiful than Langkawi. Because it's not too expose to foreign tourists compared to Langkawi not many Russian tourists travel to that Island. But many European tourists especially travel to Perhentian Islands. Try to go there, you will not regret it. Like I'd said before, I'm planning to go to Perhentian Islands this year. Care to join me? Hehehe......Just kidding. But the most beautiful islands in Malaysia is of course in the State of Sabah in Borneo. But, because it's near to the Philippines there is some sort of 'trouble' there. Sometimes it's not safe to travel there. Lastly, enjoy your holiday in Malaysia. And another word of wisdom, don't travel to Malaysia during the rainy season. The rainy season in Malaysia is at the time as winter season in Russia around this time, or else you won't be able to go to the beach.
Hi Svetlana, you should visit the Philippines someday. Russians are beginning to discover the Philippines. In fact, there is a small Russian community in Samal Island..There are a lot of foreign vloggers. You will see gorgeous beaches with turquoise~colored beaches and so many islands to visit. In one location, you can even swim alongside whale sharks, the largest fish in the world...they are gentle giants...you have the mark of a budding video documentarian and I believe you will find swimming with them unforgettable. Many vloggers have decided to live there like the English, Austrians, Swedes, Brits,. Someone from Iceland decided to build a house near the beach with his Filipino wife.

The local call the that monkey as Lotong in English dusky leaf monkey (Trachypithecus obscurus). Thier habitat exists across the Malay Peninsular only.
