This has been the most eye opening and easy to understand Powershell intro video I have seen. Great job!

    bonjour,
i am frenchman, i live in Versailles, my english speaking is medium.
thank you very much for your videos, they're good to me because i can undestand.
As far as today i am rendered at chapter 5, but i'll see all videos in the serie ! Your videos are good because :
    - you speak loud and clear
    - because of the schemes and liner notes in the screen (they 're important to people like me who don't master english)
    - screen shots of you typing command lines
the return to the screen sometimes masks the original command you typed : sometimes it goes too fast because of too many scroollback
You have learning skills. Thanks again

The lab guides were part of the package when this was a paid product on DVD. We have not made them available in this format but I will look into seeing what can be done.

This is literally the intro to "Learn Powershell in a month of lunches"

Not really surprising, considering it has been created by the same author.

@@abrahamalaniz3468 No, I have no problem with this. I guess I just didn't understand the purpose of the comment. Keep in mind that some people learn better with books while others prefer videos. To each their own :D

Jaw drop at the first sentence. I know this is an old video but I had never seen it before. I couldn't disagree more that PoSH is not "a replacement for vbscript for kixtart scripting"....um - YES, IT IS. That statement couldn't be more absurd. PoSH is not a "cli" or "light" scripting language, it's a FULL-BLOWN interpreted language built directly on top of dotnet framework and if you read Snover's original writeups when he was designing it, ironically replacing the vb and kix logon scripting was actually at the TOP of the list of targeted tasks it needed to perform, LOL.
He is a fantastic presenter and otherwise the video is great, but starting the video with a teaching moment THAT inaccurate for folks never having touched PoSH before is just a bit irresponsible especially from someone as notable as Sapien who ought to know better than ANYONE what PoSH is, how it came about, etc.
