In this Rhino Grasshopper tutorial, we will use Mesh+ and Weaverbird to model a weaving pattern on a Nurbs surface. First, we will model a Surface in Rhino using Sweep1 and then we will use Mesh+ to model the pattern. Finally, we will use weaverbird to smooth the results and make the weaving pattern. Hello. thanks for video! One more question, If i want to keep the weave mathod as shown in video but i want to make the line a bit curve and the gap between each gap is not even, how to do that? Thanks a lot
interesting would be to create that with grasshopper basic tools. would be a good way to teach about lists. but anyway, this tool makes it really easy to create such a pattern. thanks for explaining it.
@@ParametricHouse Hi ! Could you give more details about this? I tried installing and added the Complete User collection to the user object folder, but can't get it to work... Also on Mac. Thanks !

omg you beautiful tutorial!
Thank you so much!! 😍😍
Love it- question why is the pattern not continous if you apply it on a cylindric shape? What do you recommend? Thanks
Because the u or v is periodic . You have to weld the mesh. Maybe that will help
@@ParametricHouse Thank you very much for your time!
I will try
thanks a lot . great tutorial
you're welcome :)
Brilliant video thanks.
🙏
Downloaded Mesh+, its in the right folder and all (I know cause it does appear in my grasshopper) but no weave plugins....?

Hi ! I was wondering is there is a similar plug in available for Mac users?
Fantastic video though! Really helpful :)
mesh+ is written in vb so I guess it works fine with Mac
Thanks😊👋
@@ParametricHouse I downloaded it and put it into the components folder but it does not appear in the components of grasshopper, any tips?
Put them into the User object folder instead. These are clusters
