this ep makes me realise that people take dubstep/riddim way too fucking seriously. bunda is a collective of amazing producers making goofy tracks, nothing more, nothing less. i love loompaskettee as much as everyone else, but it lacks the impact and overall rage factor of most dubstep/riddim available rn. bunda just fits in this neat category. also fart samples in dubstep are inherently funny, you're not being cool because you hate fart sound number 4. tldr the cringe comes from the fact that all you bozos takes this project way too fucking seriously
I can’t knock anyone for looking at this EP and thinking that it’s pretty wack, (except for Nae nae, that shit is gold). Although in defense for Bunda, I think he has a lot more enjoyable tunes and better executed jokes on his SoundCloud page. Since he has a little bit more flex room on SoundCloud to get away with using copyright infringing samples, I think the jokes land a lot more. Personal favorite is him constantly sampling the Burial archangel intro drum loop as if it’s applicable in that context when it very obviously doesn’t. It’s disappointing that he didn’t save the best tunes for Disciple, because I know he could have done better.
Honestly I think a really integral difference between this ep and loompaskettee is the length of the songs, loompaskettee's tracks are so short they don't easily get monotonous imo, but that's just me.
I think the reason why people weren't as hot about the Loompaskette ep was the sound design style(which is a preference). But its definitely much better mixed than the Bunda EP.
Imo Loompaskettee works better because of the production and it has an actual idea behind it Bunda Worldwide is just a badly produced drop with spamming of meme samples It doesn’t have a real joke ya know? No hate for Bunda but i wished it was a bit better executed
Nae Nae and goo goo gaga are genuine bangers, and I adore the flows and ideas in them. If bunda started releasing non-joke music and crafting his sound more, he’d be a top-tier producer

I do actually really like Buss It Down Shawtae, Nae Nae, Goo Goo Ga Ga and FNAB. But the mixing is pretty ass, there's like zero girth
