I wouldn't go as far as saying it was a horrible demonstration as was mentioned in another comment. However, it took me many different times of trying to get the lace pattern the same way that you had showed it when you finally slowed down the video and showed the 3 criss cross patterns. That being said, if you would have slowed the video and actually showed how you made those criss crosses and put the laces through and where for the first couple of crosses, that would have been a lot easier. Eventually, I figured it out. Without this video I would have been completely clueless as the instructions that came with were worthless. Thanx for the tutorial.
Appreciate the comment and will definitely consider adjusting my instruction in the future. Glad you were able to figure this out and get the job done. It is really great addition to the bike for sure
Thank you for your comment. I actually explained in detail how to lace it at 4:30-5:00 minute mark and again at 5:11 - 5:30 mark. If you want you can always use standard pattern that people do while lacing the shoes. You might want to check these sections of video again. Since it is repetitive process yes I speed up this part as I didn’t want to show this in real time as it will be 20 min video that wouldn’t bring anything new to the viewer.

Just put these on my Heritage. I found that a small Phillips screwdriver or an Awl works best for tightening the laces.
