as someone who was sexually assaulted it makes me so mad how people would go to whatever ends to falsely accuse someone. no wonder real survivors dont want to come of forward because of false accusations like this. the people that thought were your friends obviously were never your friend to begin with. real friends dont believe lies. hush money is the biggest thing people would rather get paid to keep things quiet. The most dirtiest world is in the church world and families , I’ve never been in those arenas , but as an 80s kid and as a Hispanic male of 50 …Narccisitic abuse or Evil , when one is going straight is the most sickening perverted twisted ways … Narcissistic abuse is what I’ve been going Thru and it’s not easy to prove at times .. I’ve been targeted at my home and even in my Hispanic communities and family , regardless of what one may have done when very young , there’s people who want to play hard on us … I remember when I was accused of things and my heart was like oh shiitt where does this come from .. It took me 2 years of SA and r@pe to even tell my Mum. It's never easy to just go and tell people. It also took over a year to go to court after he admitted it. Time will tell.

I’ve been r8ped 3 times and have not once went to the cops or anyone because that isn’t something easy to do. For the people who have been in that position you will know what I mean, I could not imagine to this day having that happen again and then hours later going to the hospital to get checked. I couldn’t handle it, I also could not handle going to court and having to face any of those men again.

I too was in a situation of being sexually assaulted for the last three years by my mom‘s ex-boyfriend I did not go to the police or mention it to anyone until I was 16 it was not easy for me to do that until finally I found out my abuser had done it again and then I finally agreed to press charges it is not necessarily easy for people to go to the police because they’re either scared or they don’t want to deal with the trauma of court. Also sometimes people who have been raped or sexually assaulted their attackers end up getting nothing in the end. Yes the world a fucked up place I’m sorry that you have to deal with all this but you also have to realize. That people who have been sexually assaulted or who have been raped it is not easy for us to go to the police.

Thank you for speaking up tayler, Literally got fired from my job because I reported a girl to hr for harassment because she was constantly trying to be around me and saying shi like “your lips are so big and juicy” “so do we just have to be coworkers” and she also texted me things which we printed out and sent to HR, but then when she was brought into a meeting about it, she claimed that wasn’t her and that she was trying to stay away from me because I slapped her ass and tried to kiss her (completely false as I do have a Girlfriend and she happens to work at that same store and in her same department) Still though I got fired with absolutely no evidence against me and just a false claim, come to find out she had gotten 4 other guys fired. Now the managers are trying to take me back because she got reported by another guy with a gf saying she was trying to get with him and wouldn’t stop, and resulted in her firing. All my friends and coworkers and even role models that I looked up to cut me off and have stopped talking to me, my gf didn’t though and now most coworkers are trying to talk to me and get me to come back. Really live in a guilty until proven innocent world

In Tayler's case there haven't even been any real accusations from any actual women, just a bunch of rumors and gossip. At least in other cases there has been an actual human being making an actual allegation. That's not the case here so miss me with the "you don't believe women" guilt trip line. No one is wishing anyone to be the victim of SA. No one wants anyone to have to go through that. I'm not saying that people shouldn't be heard and be taken seriously if they have a legitimate claim of SA. He's a good speaker and all but it doesn't make sense why you send Cease and Desists out when there are no allegations. He could have shut it down right then and there and there's no chance he wouldn't have told the people closest to him what was going on. There would have been nothing stopping him from proving his innocence. Instead he stayed quiet which is what happens when you're being sued, you can't speak on it. Plenty of cases get “closed” prematurely when the victim settles out of court. It might not be a coincidence that he’s choosing now to talk instead of back then. And lets not forget about that weird ass interview he did where he came on to “say his side of the story” where he literally didn’t say anything about the situation. Willing to bet there was a lawsuit and he was either prepping for it or it happened and he couldn’t speak on it. I too was in a situation of being sexually assaulted for the last three years by my mom‘s ex-boyfriend I did not go to the police or mention it to anyone until I was 16 it was not easy for me to do that until finally I found out my abuser had done it again and then I finally agreed to press charges it is not necessarily easy for people to go to the police because they’re either scared or they don’t want to deal with the trauma of court. Also sometimes people who have been raped or sexually assaulted their attackers end up getting nothing in the end. Yes the world a fucked up place I’m sorry that you have to deal with all this but you also have to realize. That people who have been sexually assaulted or who have been raped it is not easy for us to go to the police.

Literally got fired from my job because I reported a girl to hr for harassment because she was constantly trying to be around me and saying shi like “your lips are so big and juicy” “so do we just have to be coworkers” and she also texted me things which we printed out and sent to HR, but then when she was brought into a meeting about it, she claimed that wasn’t her and that she was trying to stay away from me because I slapped her ass and tried to kiss her (completely false as I do have a Girlfriend and she happens to work at that same store and in her same department) Still though I got fired with absolutely no evidence against me and just a false claim, come to find out she had gotten 4 other guys fired. Now the managers are trying to take me back because she got reported by another guy with a gf saying she was trying to get with him and wouldn’t stop, and resulted in her firing.
All my friends and coworkers and even role models that I looked up to cut me off and have stopped talking to me, my gf didn’t though and now most coworkers are trying to talk to me and get me to come back.

We don't laugh while we talk about it, we don't go on podcast and do gymnastics when we are healing, like come on.. It took me 2 years of therapy and still can't talk about it with out crying or getting angry, also the others SA victims. We literally shake when we think about what happened to us. No one is wishing anyone to be the victim of SA. No one wants anyone to have to go through that. I'm not saying that people shouldn't be heard and be taken seriously if they have a legitimate claim of SA. What I'm saying is I don't want people to be falsely accused of SA and have their lives ruined simply because of an SA allegation (or allegations of anything else) when there hasn't even been any investigations. If an investigation takes place and proves he actually did something, fine, try him, convict him, and lock him up. I want there to be an actual law enforcement investigation and if there is enough to go to trial then have a trial. He's a good speaker and all but it doesn't make sense why you send Cease and Desists out when there are no allegations. He could have shut it down right then and there and there's no chance he wouldn't have told the people closest to him what was going on. There would have been nothing stopping him from proving his innocence. Instead he stayed quiet which is what happens when you're being sued, you can't speak on it.
Plenty of cases get “closed” prematurely when the victim settles out of court. It might not be a coincidence that he’s choosing now to talk instead of back then. And lets not forget about that weird ass interview he did where he came on to “say his side of the story” where he literally didn’t say anything about the situation. Willing to bet there was a lawsuit and he was either prepping for it or it happened and he couldn’t speak on it. I think all of his close friends unfollowing him is a bigger sign than anything that there was a clear victim in the case and they know who it is otherwise I can’t see at least some of them sticking up for him
