5 years later and this video is still saving lives. I'm a first-year grad student taking inorganic for the second time going back to my senior year of undergrad, and this is by far the most easily followable, clear explanation regarding both the chemical theory and math behind character tables I've ever seen, especially when the current prof can't organize the class or explain topics for shit. My friend, you are doing a service to students of all levels with these guides!!
I'm so glad to hear this
Wish you all the best for your preparation
I’ve watched upwards or 6 videos explaining irreducible representations in group theory, and this is by far the best explanation. Thank you!
Thank you so much 😊
What a man who make a student to understand within 30 mins which was not understand after attending 6 hours class 😅😊very useful
You are incredible. I was struggling with finding easy to digest information without a ton of random other things I dont need. I feel so prepared after watching this, thank you!!!
Dude you are saving me! You're so good at explaining this stuff, my textbook is worthless! Thank you!
Thank you for this video. Im about to take my Inorganic final in 12 hours and this helped fill in the gaps from lecture. You're a lifesaver, keep making more videos!
Thank you sooo so much. 10 hours of studying didn't do what skipping through a 30 min video did.
Thank you very much! You're explaining in a very easy to understand way. I turly appreciate all the effort you're exerting in this channel.
you really helped me understand what i didnt understand within 7 minutes, i love u
So clear solution, any body can understand with the help of your video...thanks sir...
thank you very much... lectures always seem long, winding, and confusing to me but this one worked miracles and I actually watched the whole thing! I am confident I'll do well on my exam, thank you thank you thank you
Ty sir...i have internal exm tomorrow...due to u i have cleared all my concepts
thanks sir,for non-mathes students your videos are very helpful.amazing, easily understud.waiting for more concepts.
Golla Vineetha,
Thanks for the nice comment 😊😇
There are many videos already uploaded, plz watch them, they'll surely help you in preparation 😇

Thank u very much sir...Simply awesome sir
Thank you 😊
You're the real father of Chemistry
good concept . I'm studying in IISER.and now I get the good concept
Thanks a ton stay blessed n keep it up
Thank you ...Nice explanation
Very helpful video. Thankyou.
best explanation of character table
Thanku sir...easy explanation..
Thanks you...
Share this video with your friends too.. 😊
simple and great explanation, please perform Character table (C2v, C3v, C4v,C2h, D2, D2d), Direct product.
Thanks a lot sir.
Nice explanation sir.
Thank you 😊
Sir make videos regularly ,,in your each video we learn concept in depth.
Thank you Shaswat, I'm trying to be regular and post atleast one video per week.
Thanks you so much sir my coaching teacher was not able to explain me character table but you made it so easy. thanks a lot sir
Is the value for the contribution of character per unshifted atom same for all the character tables(various point groups) in case of identity, inversion and reflection? or does it depend on the total number of atoms in the molecule?
Contribution per atom remains same, but the value of number of unshifted atom changes depending upon the molecule
@@AllBoutChemistry thank you so much for the clarification
Thank you so much sir..it is so much helpful for poor students who can't afford coaching fee🙏thanks a lot sir
this is amazing thank you
Thankyou for the video. @All 'Bout Chemistry How would you calculate which vibrations are stretching modes?
Thank you thank you thank you sooo much sir😊
you're welcome :)
Thank you very much!
Hello sir, what if quadratic function is present only in A1 and absent in B1? Will it be still Raman active? Or just one of the term has to have quadratic function?
Thank you for the video.
It should be present in any of them A1 or B1. In the case taken in this video luckily we got quadratic function in both of them. Bt if it would have been absent in B1 but present in A1 then also it would be Raman Active.
Dear sir,
Very useful one... Thank you sir..one doubt -Y u put -1 for C2 in contribution per atom , second table...kindly explain...sir
Great job mahn..👍
thank you :)
Thank you! excellent explanations
Very nice explation
Thank you so much once again dear bro , keep uploading remaining concepts of group theory, which may be asked by csir.
Alright 👍
Sir.... Is this useful for iit jam
I am a PhD student at ICTP, I am working on Water Dimer I would like to find all symmetry operations during the rotation and their effects on the potential.
You can do so computationally, try to discuss this with someone having good command on computational chemistry and working in that field.
It's difficult to analyze it theoretically
This is so far the best explanation to reducible and irreducible representation of Group point character table.ur video is outstanding.
Thank you sir.
Thank you sir. i'm happy
Very helpful indeed
Thank you very much
Thank you sir very nice explanation please solve character table problems related to other point group plz
Superb explanation
Thank you 😇
Thank u so much sir...
Heartily thank you @All 'bout Chemistry
Hi sir, thank you very much for your helping videos... could you please explain how to read 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectrum in depth?
I have an exam on them next week.
Kind Regards,
Your explanation is good. But it is very better if say about what are X2+y2, Z2 and some thing more
hello Sir Group multiplication is not required in csir exam?
Yes that is also required, bt that is not 100% sure to be asked so I skipped it for now... You can read it from your books...
okay sir. Thankyou
make video on determination of hybridization and molecular orbitals on the basis of of group theory
OK ill try
Great sir
Thank you very much sir for the elaborative explanation however i request that you kindly improve on your volume because its too low hence making it a little boring .otherwise i thank you very much. VOLUME IS THE ONLY ISSUE
Outstanding sir.
thank you :)
From tamilnadu
Sir which book you prefer for group theory.... please reply sir
Thanks sir
You're most welcome 😊
🔥👍 thanks
Thank you so much!!!
There are 2A1+B1 in vibrational modes, but finally while we are seeing it and Raman we have One A1 and one B1. How to correlate 3 vibrational modes from irreducible rep to 3 vibrational modes, that is for 2A1
thanq very much sir
Basics of thermodynamics😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 that's too important....well explanation thank you sir
Thank u so much sir
Hi I have messaged for an enquiry about csir net. There are only two options one is Jrf and other is LS. I need to know suppose I have opted jrf and couldn't secure it's cutoff will I be eligible for LS
thankyou so much sir
You're most welcome
Sir pls take online coaching classes for us.....it will us regular and focused.....it will make our routine to study the topics ... regularly and constantly
Thank you for showing your intrest in learning from me.. I'll try to work on your suggestions. Thanks 😊
This helped me so much!
