This is really a dream home. If you could slow down your movements about 15%, it would be the best home tours of all time with no music, just your comments along the way is, fantastic. The textures... :)

You missed some of the lower level. Still enjoyed it though.

Yes, I think it was a bedroom and bathroom if I remember correctly. I was on a time crunch going through this one, so my apologies for missing those rooms! Thanks for watching!

I’ve seen about three of these Indiana homes and for the life of me why is there only one bedroom on the main level for such large homes? If you are middle aged it would be much easier to have a guest bedroom on the main level for a parent. A younger family with kids under 5 or an infant would be going up and down the stairs to tend to the kid. Sure there’s an elevator, but with such a large home what’s the downside in adding a second bedroom on the main level? Am I missing something here? Beautiful homes

Having an additional bedroom (besides the primary bedroom) on the main floor absolutely makes sense for those scenarios. These homes were not built that way, but absolutely could have been since they are custom-built homes, so the builder can build the home any way you want. Why exactly these builders didn't put additional bedrooms on the main level in these homes I couldn't say, but my best guess is the families who purchased these homes didn't want or need additional bedrooms there.

yeap. i always find it eerie esp the texas homes new homes, having the primary suite downstairs, while the kids rooms are upstairs and far away from parent room. just doesnt make sense. i get they say privacy for the parent, however, best idea is to have to primary suites upstairs n downstairs. downstairs for guests or elderly parents, and upstairs parents room but on a separate wing. or get a casida outside but hmmm lol. btw that 2nd outdoor room where the outdoor toilet is, they used as storage they should have as a shower for outdoor swimming etc.

@@Luv_2P I was wondering about that too. It’s like they don’t design a home for people to live in anymore.

I did the best I could with the time I had and the equipment I was able to use. Unfortunately my mic slid down and I didn't realize until after the tour, and I didn't have time to do it over. The house truly is beautiful inside and out, so hopefully I was able to capture some of that beauty in the video. Thanks for watching!
