I've been listening to movement 1 a lot lately, it's become my favourite piece at the moment I could listen to it over and over. would love to have been that assistant guy, even though Van kind of got a bit annoyed with him!

I'm 11 years late with this reply, but I think that assistant might be Raine Shine, who's a woman. She had short hair at the time.
