Being a Mavs and Luka fan I had to get his first shoe and got the Black/Signal Blue colorway. Going true to size they felt very snug and stiff. Idk if it was from not going up .5 in size or the really good traction, but after breaking them in, I got a black & blue on my long toe for the very first time in any basketball shoe I’ve ever worn. After balling in them a second time my feet did feel better and weren’t as sore but I think I would’ve still sized up .5. I don’t know why Nike never released the Jet Black colorway when Luka dropped 60 vs the Knicks but I might still cop if ever released.
I got the jordan luka 1s in the blue racer colorway, at first I was experiencing I bit of soreness for the first two days, but then it was an amazing shoe. Overtime the formula 23 gets softer, Love Your Vids!!

I understan if you don't want to guess but: would a wide footer still size up if I get the asian PF version? They say the Asian versions are wider but I don't know if it is a small difference like 1mm wider, or a bigger difference like 3mm or more

Which is more breathable the pg5 or the pg 6 or the kyrie low 5 . I'm looking at those right now to cop for my school basketball season starts but it won't start until around 2 to 3 months from now so around that time I'm hoping the lebron 20 come out since they look pretty good.
How does it feel relative to the ground? It looks like its a bit high off the ground because of the cushion. I'm used to only wearing Kobes and they are very low to the ground. The Lukas look like they have maybe a CM more thickness to the cushion on the bottom compared to the Kobes.

Umm tough decision indeed. I’ll take the Luka 1 for superior traction but it can be pretty stiff. I just always go with the first signature shoe of a line in this case, more meaningful to have 😂

They’re fine for flat feet. If you have really wide feet you should probably go up a half size, for me I have slightly wider feet and TTS was right on.
Tough one, basically Luka 1 for traction and Kyrie Infinity for cushioning. I personally will take the Luka 1s, but it also might be due to my preference for low tops.
@@swoosh3621 Basically the same as the PGs, not as narrow and snug as the KDs. Yeah it’s hard for me to call for others too, so the best I can say is to just go with whatever you wear in most other Nike sneakers for this one.
I personally like the Mint colorway. But I know that a lot of people love the black/white/crimson with translucent outsole version if you’re strictly playing indoors.
Another question: For wide footers, how do you see PG6’s suitability? Which sneakers do you see as best for wide footers or even flat footers? (Yes I’m both 😅)
I have normal to narrow feet and the PG6 can fit a bit snug compared to other shoes due to its cushioning, but tbh I would just try them to see if you can fit in them ! The Luka 1 on the other hand fits pretty wide so you might want to get them !

I've got this same pair, I played in them once and they are back in the box and up for sale. Probably my least favourite pair of hooping shoes ever. That back flap gave me a blister on my calf and they are a bit tight in the toe box. The last year I was playing in Zoom Freak 3, which I thought was the best balling shoe I've ever played in. These are a hard pass yall.

Thank you! I wore a size 10.5 in both. The PG 6 is a little more wide foot friendly so going up a half size up should work just fine for ya 😃

They feel very low to the ground actually. Not like more elevated because of the foam, so not it shouldn’t be a concern here 😃

Decent impact protection, not as soft as the Dame 8 in terms of cushioning but traction is wayyy better.
Feels like I could get everything this offers plus more in the PG 6 which costs the same…
That is kinda true lol. PG 6 is too good across the board, but these are honestly fantastic too. Top-tier traction but cushioning is not as good.

So far the few colorways are all translucent outsoles I think, but they should have a solid rubber version soon.

Hey, if that’s the case then I’d recommend going with a size 10 as your most other shoes. These are a slightly narrow fit.
