Thanks! Yes, it can definitely be challenging when the cheaper stuff like pasta, rice, and potatoes are not optimal for controlling blood sugar.
This interests me because I am also a type 2 diabetic. I find that low carb foods are generally more expensive. Will be curious to see what you buy!
