Doug .. very much enjoying your channel, came across you by chance about a month ago. It's been a nice experience , even today was a surprise with the Sienna . I think usually they get immediately parked behind the building out of sight 😊 so this put a smile on my face. Stay Well !
As a small auto repair shop owner Doug watching you really impresses me I really hope I can take work. I learned from you and apply to my own business.. When I bought my Toyota 4 runner, new, this year there was only one dealership that was in Orlando, Florida, that could only get the deal done with the car being in the company name. They got it done for me and even flew me down from Atlanta to pick up the car, I thought they were joking at first, but no, they followed through and got me the truck, and it was a fantastic experience. The car buying ways are changing now to where the dealership will completely accommodate the customer, to not only make a sale, but also provide a great experience, and I love to see when a dealership goes above and beyond
Thank you for sharing that awesome story with me!! I am thrilled to hear if I’ve been helpful in any way. I talk all the time about how important it is to choose the DEALER and not the CAR when buying a vehicle because a good dealer will take amazing care of you and find the car. Cheers!
Had a 2010 Sienna new right when this body style change happened.....as a company car, - my kids were 2 and 5 at the time. As much as I was anti Minivan, that thing did 95,000 mile in 2-1/2 years and got great MPG.
Tom, there is no doubt that the Sienna is and always has been an excellent vehicle.. Reliable, holds value well, and extremely functional. I have met a lot of families who happily owned one for many years, even if it wasn't the most "stylish" choice.
Love the content! Why is it though that your dealership always has vehicles parked in handicap parking spots? Especially while filming a review on a vehicle. As a handicap person I just feel these spots should be left open for potential handicap customer parking…Just my opinion
Agreed … I’ve mentioned this previously. As a disabled vet, if the dealership can’t keep their vehicles out of spots designated for disabled people, customers or employees, then that tells me they just don’t care. Nuff said.
@ , just total ignorance my grandmother was handicapped and always had a difficult time finding a handicap parking spot! Especially at car dealerships it’s never easy to find an empty spot. Happy Holidays and Thank You for your service!👍🏻
You are absolutely right, it shouldn’t ever be happening. This was on older video and for too long the lot team would quickly park a car there before moving it to wherever it was going, but even if just for a few minutes it was wrong and for that I apologize. This is another good reminder that we have to be very mindful as a team to make sure we don’t use these spots and leave them available for those who need them.
@ thanks Doug! You’re a top notch guy and I’m sure you run a tight ship over there. As a handicap person I just notice the misuse of handicap parking spots more than the average guy. I’m sure your team doesn’t intentionally do it, but like you said it’s always something they should be mindful of. I hope you & yours have a great holiday season and a happy prosperous New Year! Keep up the great work and love your content 👍🏻👍🏻
@ back in 2008 there were mad blow outs on all luxury cars, some dealers were discounting brand new s class for $30k off msrp, unicorn deals at $35k off
@@BenzsandBowTies u think we are going to stay in this normal healthy economy? i’m genuinely curious to know your thoughts on the path of this economy, you are a good indication because u have a lot of great data
More Angela less Jared.
Noted! 😂

Trading the wrong way.
Hey now!
i want to see some disruption in this business, $800 a month on a gle lease is not disruption
What does “disruption” look like to you?
@ back in 2008 there were mad blow outs on all luxury cars, some dealers were discounting brand new s class for $30k off msrp, unicorn deals at $35k off
@ plus that $800 deal is on a high mile fart car
That was because of an economic meltdown due to the housing crisis. That is not normal in a healthy economy

As the owned of an AMG S63, I can assure you that she will be missing that Toyota very soon.
nope 😂
Works at a Benz dealership can't buy a lavaliere mic.
I am holding a lavaliere microphone in this video
