This was my first time attending Ennuel's class and truly his Kizomba 2.0 approach is something different.
Ennuel & Nina - Ennuel class opened a new world for me. Truly.
It's so rare when it happens, but it did in his class.
Ennuel was talking a lot about breathing and how your face/mindset reflects in your body.
He was showing how to unite breathing with movement and it felt like powerful meditation.
You take a breath, wait for accent and then just explode the movement. It felt great.
Ennuel classes were packed with value and quite challenging. What I didn't know before was that Ennuel's roots come from semba and he actually stays grounded when he dances.
Staying grounded comes from semba, where urban kiz dance is more upward. Ennuel just fuses these both things creating his own unique dancing style.
