Lori Brigham some polos are thicker than others. if the polo is extremely thick I would float (hoop the stabilizer and pin the polo ontop not hooped). Also make sure to use a ball point needle on polos.

Finding the center point of a logo is easy, hooping it is difficult since you can't see your outer hoop under the garment. If the outer hoop is off center, your logo will also be. Then all your measurement will be in vain. I am very disappointed you just rapidly talked about that part without a demo. Balah balah balah.

What would you do with the ruler if the t-shirt is a men's 2xl but customer is a woman? Do I go by the ladies marks or the men's 2xl? Thank you.
