Yea we spent $2600 on an amazon returns shoe pallet. Literally 80% was TRASH. They only photographed the good shoes & put the good pairs in top of the pallet. We went through our bank & got a charge back
I totally agree especially because some of the items you receive are unsafe items to be resold. Honest sellers would trash them but some sellers might try to clean them up and resell as open box. I purchased a health and beauty palette and almost every single item in the pallet was heavily used. Razors ,toothbrushes even beauty products that I wasn't sure if they had been dumped out and replaced with other products before being returned.
I have purchased from them about 10 x. This is a hit or miss with them. When it's good, it's good. When it's bad.. oh boy it's bad. It is a hassle with them, but they have always made it right after many jumped hoops.
Thanks for the upload. I was curious about the process and wanted to hear an honest review. It did seem like the other videos were holding back information when they all pretended to have no clue as to what was in the boxes. After looking at the site I saw that everything had a manuscript and realized that a lot of the videos seem to just be theatrics.
Maegan, I had the same experience. It was all garbage, but they put the high ticket items in there to lure you in.. The high end items in my case were computer processors, except they swapped out the modern processors worth $300 with some worth $20. I got a refund, for those items only.. and they did it on a percentage basis. They gave a refund of $20 or something because of all the junk in the package.
I saw someone else's video and he had success, but he actually picked the stuff up himself, because he lives in Las Vegas. I had a bad experience with them, the only time I bought from them. The manifest looked good, but there were numerous items listed at $39.00 with no description of the item. Turns out, they were zip lock bags. There were many similar items listed the same way. When I complained, they said when the don't know the value of an item, they just ascribe a value to it. I've chalked it up as an expensive learning experience. Thank you for the video.
I only bought one good auction from them it was 5 boxes of auto part shelf pulls for $200. I sold 15 of the 145 items and made my money back on eBay Automotive.
I had a very similar situation but they also misrepresented the auction. I got a pallet of salvage power tools but I purchased a pallet of kitchen appliances. I hope that I can get my money back.

@snowfreeze i won an auction for what i thought was a reasonable price. I thought that since the seller was located in my same state that shipping would be cheap. Oh man, I hope I don't have a bad experience, I just purchased about $2500 in auctions. Most I purchased were either "New" , "off shelf " and returns. I avoided the salvage. Only reason I purchased was because most of the youtube videos didn't really have anything negative. Most people reported some hit and miss when opening boxes, so I figured, I knew what to expect and thought it was worth taking the risk. So far two boxes have shipped and are on the way but the first two that I won were from 2 days ago and still have not shipped, which raised a red flag for me (spoiled amazon prime buyer here) and led me to do more research on the company (ugh shoulda dug a bit deeper) and eventually ended up here on your video. Man that sucks that happened to you and I'm glad you were at least able to recover some money. Well, I hope it goes well for me, but after seeing your video and reading all those negative reviews, I'm starting to get a bit anxious. We'll see how it goes. If you don't hear back from me, it means all is well.
I really hope everything comes fast and as described! Good luck!!! I purchased from them because of all the youtube videos too! But, someone told me a couple weeks ago they were sending boxes to popular youtube channels for exposure.. It's why I made this video! Honest review from someone who actually purchased from them! Not given a box for free/little money
Bulq.com is also a total rip off I bought a "brand new retail ready" pallet and received a pallet of broken missing parts, customer returns. Never shop at Bulq.com totally fraudulent advertising.
i'm glad I seen this, wish I had seen it before this past weekend though. I've bought 6 pallets worth of stuff ($1,500 worth) this week and will be picking it up locally Friday. Now i'm starting to get worried after reading all the reviews and seeing your video. I will be sure and take my time and have the manifest in hand and go through all 6 pallets while at their warehouse. They have now stated that after you take your merchandise you cannot file a claim. Basically you have to look through EVERYTHING right there or you're out of luck. Also, I noticed when I signed up, the disclaimer states that you agree to not use a "charge back" on your credit/debit card, and if you attempt to do so, you will be banned from their auctions. I believe, and I could be mistaking, but I think they also run LiquidationGeneral.com, and a few other sites that include storage unit bidding. Not a good feeling
@@bobgunner3086 It was a flop for me. I waited almost 5 hrs at the warehouse and they closed as soon as I got my stuff so I couldnt go through it on site. Half the stuff is junk, missing parts, and most of the big stuff was broken. Not worth it in my opinion. Now my garage is cluttered with stuff. I'd almost give everything away just to get my garage space back and chop it up as a loss
@@indysilver_02 That sucks! I'm so sorry. But thanks for the response. Maybe I will hold off and see if I can find a more "sure thing" from some local retail store or manufacturer.

Who ever has you is very lucky
I got ripped off for $1674 phones
how much is shipping can you give me a good example????
Shipping is all over the place because they come from different warehouses. Anywhere from $30-1000 I've seen.
i'm glad I seen this, wish I had seen it before this past weekend though.
@El Jefe .. how did it go for you? I was getting all hot about buying a pallet until I saw this video.
I'd go after them got a fraud case against them
Liquidations.com DONT DO IT. Crap. Small time money. Junk.
FYI. Liquidation sets up the auction. If you have any missing items or broken, blame the seller. Liquidation does not inspect the merchandise.
Que bellaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
she looks like...
No you didn't even make $40 I don't understand do people not calculate their time and what about stress are you aware that stress causes cancer there you go so you made no money they gave you disease and I mean you know I'm just being honest with you here that kind of stress interferes with you being affectionate with your husband if you know what I'm saying now put a price tag on that there you go
A hundred lbs of trash?
