Thank you for this beautiful video! My backyard ( garden) here in California is small compared to much of the country but we have a nice big swimming pool and a small garden area. We grow tomatoes ( four plants) in a raised bed and 4 plants of zucchini and yellow squash. I am inspired now, to grow my own lemon tree in a pot and bay leaf tree too! I saw beautiful pink and orange clouds last night and I thought of you all the way in French Riviera and it made me so happy!!! I’m so glad I found your channel!! ❤

I am fortunate that your channel has popped up today on my feed. My husband and I spent a month in northern Italy a few years ago. We rented a car and drove everywhere from Tuscany to Verona, to Asti and then down to the Rivera and into France. We found a room in Nice for a couple of nights and walked into Monaco.
Then we drove back along the Rivera and visited more of Tuscany. We spent some wonderful time with my extended family who live in Provincia di Parma. We eventually drove down the Grosseto and then to Rome to return home to Florida. Your video made yearn so for a return to the beauty we found in both countries. Thank you so much to creating such a lovely video.

I love bay leaves so much that I purchased a sapling from the plant nursery 10 years ago and it been growing very very well in the largest pot I could buy! It's traveled with me in every house move since! They are so easy to keep and respond well to regular water, and monthly feeds of seaweed fertilizer or duck/chicken poop water! I prune off branches and dry them hanging in the kitchen or trim leaves off when needed. You could probably make a cutting from the tree in the forest and strike it in a pot of your own if you wanted to grow one on your lovely terrace balcony or front courtyard. You may just be content though with gathering from the beautiful local forest too?! 🤷♀️💓👍
