As expected, evasive answers to key questions, and where he bothered to be forthcoming with answers, it was lacking in any detail. There seems to be very little homework, the reference of 'their manifesto' and his personal opinion isn't very helpful either. The change that was promised isn't clearly defined, and nothing was actually studied, or costed. The plugging of loopholes as nice as it sounds, does not speak to a wholistic plan or strategy that would entrench accountability at every organ of government. And the giggling host just couldn't articulate pointed questions to tease out articulate answers. Hoping for a proper interview 100 days into the govt, hopefully the euphoria of winning would have given way to the graft work of actually governance.

We shouldn't be too hasty in passing praising comments on politicians. Politicians are known to professional liars. Lets wait till he starts fulfilling all of his political promises before we can say he is a man of his word. We should also not be surprised that all the questions he answered must have been rehearsed before airing it.
