@@jasonleesuffolk The test units should be going out for beta testing within a month or so, and Carl has promised they'll be available to buy before the end of the year.
Sept-October there about. It’s an entire new system, backwards compatible. A true 1080p/90fps from glass to glass. New vtx with an all new ASIC that combines mipi chip, rx modulation chip and rx demodulation chip all in one smaller lighter and cheaper chip. It will be the very first true progressive scan system and will be as big of an improvement to goggles as it was to your tv!
Thanks man! I usually have a bit more control with a whoop but this was the very first flight on all the standard settings so the throttle in particular was too sensitive but I've sorted that now 😉
@@CarlPaulsen The best and quickest thing that I can suggest doing is searching for 'UAV Tech 4.3 whoop' and he has a video about setting up BetaFlight 4.3 on whoops, and his settings. I also add a lot of expo to my throttle too. Hope that helps! 👍
You can also add an external receiver to this model. The ELRS receiver is SPI on this, so like any previous FRSky SPI whoop, hyou can add your own if you wanted ;)
I love this quad. Looks like you're flying a 2S, hovering at around 40% throttle. I've upgraded mine to run 10,000KV motors.. hovering at 35% on 2S, and 20% on 3S. Now i'm really curious about the 13500KV versions.
@@eatyourvegfpv definitely going back to 9000kv, beware though the motor wires keep coming loose from the motor connections. They're weak manufacturing. It's a common thing apparently. I've had to fix 2 x in a week.
That image at 25mw looks soooo good! Got me excited for the 1s board.
Great, isn't it? And yep, I'm excited for the 1s VTX too!
Just got to love those v2 boards, the normal pixelation is so much less!
Can’t wait for HDZero to release their new goggles!!!
Ohhhhh yeah! I'm really looking forward to their goggles too 👍👍👍
When are the new goggles coming out?

Nice flying dude, great control. Liked the bit where your looking at the quad in the mirror

@@eatyourvegfpv Any chance you could do a little video on what you did? Dying to calm my whoops...

@@eatyourvegfpv I'll check it out, cheers...
That's awesome! The image is so clear!
Yep, I was amazed at how well it did on this first test. Can't wait to have more fun with it in places I could never take my analog Mobula6 to.
This is great, the image looks incredible! Thanks for sharing, Cheers!
My pleasure! 👊 And some say HDZero looks like analog and doesn't come close to DJI! 🤡
Dude it looks so beautiful 😍 🤩 👌 😭 💖
It does man! I can't believe the difference seeing in HDZero compared to my analog quad... It's like a whole new game! 😄
I kind of want one but wish they offered a ready to add rx version as I fly ghost and don't want to deal with another module....🖖🏼

@@eatyourvegfpv I did not know that....thanks 👍🏼
@@steve_beatty No problem man! 🤘
Does anyone know if the Fat Shark Scout goggles will work with this? If so I'm assuming I'll need the HDzero receiver adapter also?
If the Scout's have a HDMI input then yes. If they don't, sadly not I'm afraid and yes you would need the HDZero VRX module.
@@eatyourvegfpv great thank you!
Do you live on Privet Drive?
Nope, sorry!
@@eatyourvegfpv T'was a joke. When you look out the front window, it looks like Privet Drive, off Harry Potter. Never mind 🤣

Oh, that sounds interesting! How are you finding flight times with the higher KV motors?
@@eatyourvegfpv roughly the same for indoor 2S flights, but about a minute less on 3S outdoor ripping
