Its one of the more difficult comboes. The air knuckle has to be time correctly for the lvl 3 to connect. Most people go fir easier lvl confirm because if hoe finicky the lvl 3 connect is with air knuckle

its a core part of her gameplan same as many other characters because it limits mobility. Also there is no such thing as spam, merely means you can deal with something and logically why would they stop doing something you can't handle?
Spinning bird kick (sbk) don't link to moves without specials or investment. OD sbk links to specials (heavy Tensho or light/medium lightning legs out of corner, and light legs to heavy Tensho in corner), and to get those you just practice. You'll get the timing right eventually. For the OD sbk > light lightning legs > heavy Tensho corner combo I would practice during matches by replacing the heavy Tensho with OD Tensho. The timing is MUCH more forgiving. But don't stick with that habit ( burns too much meter), out of matches practice the real version constantly. OD Sbk > light punch or light crouch punch, serenity stance (ss) > cancel (XX) medium kick >XX heavy Tensho is a lil tough. To get that I honestly spam the parry drive rush command during of sbk, then do the combo from there.

... I never have noticed this before (I'm literally a chun li player since street fighter 3 rd strike, and yes, I spam crouch M kick)
