That is just amazing! When I was a kid in the late 60’s-early 70’s, we did a unit on electricity, and they had these little round demonstration lights that I desperately wanted to put into my dollhouse. They were about 2 inches across, but were the smallest I’d ever seen. I was never able to get one for my dollhouse. Fairy lights are the fulfillment of my childhood desires! 😂 This lamp is GORGEOUS, and so much better than any I could have dreamed up as a kid. Thank you for posting!

@@yelenaday I probably won’t, since I had to rehome my dollhouse when I sold my house in 2017 (it went to a lovely family with 3 girls, so I know it had another good life). These days I do Zentangle art. For 2D art, it’s pretty miniature (typically 3.5”x3.5”). 😂 I bought a magnifying lamp so I didn’t have to put my nose in the table to see my work! The perils of growing “mature”. 😆
I do wish I could show all these dollhouse minis to my aunt, who passed away about 15 years ago now. She did dollhouse minis a lot in her retirement years. Should would have LOVED everything I’m seeing on TH-cam!

Beautiful! 😍 Can you tell us what power source you wire your LEDs to please? This is a great idea using fairy light LEDs. I have strings of broken ones that I was going to toss out but now... mini lamps are on my to do list!!!

Yelena I love your channel. These little lights are wonderful. I would love to make some and I wonder if you could share what type of LED lights that you use to be able to cut them like that. Also, I have seen that you split the wires and put it between a battery. Could you by any chance show how it all gets connected permanently thank you I would really appreciate that.

I use a battery box that comes with the string lights th-cam.com/video/NpmGYJspvuI/w-d-xo.html The wires have a thin coat of transparent insulation, which should be removed (use a fine sandpaper) for a half-inch or so at the cut ends.If it does not light up reverse the connection or sanded bit more. Hi! I bought those a few years ago in Hobby Lobby store, Round Brass Tube: SKU#5085 3/64" x 0.006" X 12" Long . Dont know if they still selling hem. I saw those on K&S Precision Metals site, but for some reason they have different SKU#

Make sure that brass tube have room enough for wires (two) that you planning to use.
You didn't show what to do with the 2 wires hanging out at the end. 😑
