I found the foam roller ones but can't take them as have no foam roller. i still think there could be more areas. and have them i categories by themself to make easier to find the work out you would like. there are so many post ride workouts that to find a pre ride is far harder to get to.
Excellence! Thanks for such a succinct explanation! For those interested, there are a small number of older (2019) 15 minute rides in the warm up/cool down ride category. The foam rolling classes are now available via Collections on the bike.
Great shares - I had no idea what grove was about (and didn't explore). But, as an ex-CycleBar goer, I will explore in the future. Also, no idea about the foam roller (not that I will take advance of). More into myofascial releases in other ways.
very cool! I also found a new sort of hidden (not in filters) category last night called Sweat Steady (Jess King coaches them). I tried it out, and it's pretty interesting, pretty much no rest and just a steady pace... it was sort of like PZ training but not specific to your own numbers. I enjoyed it!
Really helpful video! Wish Peloton had an intro video like this to walk you through what is available and what you might need for each class.

What do you have for us folks over 65 with limitations? Me and floors or laying flat does not work at all.

I did not know about groove either until checking them all out!
Connect The Watts Thanks again for this. After my PZ class last night, I decided to take a Grove class and had fun. 😁
