Don’t you hate when the attack cover the both sides and heading towards you as you have to get to the middle to avoid it but no matter what you still get hit

How do you get that axe
By killing the dog couples. You have a 10% chance of getting the cosmetic from killing the dog couples. It's also the same thing for toriel and papyrus (Byt toriel and papyrus are 20%, because they are not mini bosses). But I don't know if you can get a cosmetic from greater dog, the blind dog or napstablook
