Everyone loves #maruya! This popular Filipino street food features sliced saba bananas that are coated and deep-fried until crisp and golden. These are usually peddled on streets as a morning or afternoon snack. Let’s start cooking #SimpolMaruya!
INGREDIENTS
6 saba bananas
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
cooking oil, for frying
2 tablespoons sugar, for topping

Thanks for the recipe...nag try akong gawin yan ngayon pro yung half cup of water s description box is not enough...very sticky ang kinalabasan...so i added another 1/4cup..ayun perfect na yung consistency nya..

tried this just now and its very yummy...sweet and salty and vanilla-y...coz i added a splash of vanilla on the batter 😍

Ako iba gumawa ng maruya...dinudurog ko muna saba ng saging,baking soda,sugar,asukal,paminta, milk,egg at flour..sarap
Oo ganyan naman talaga hindi dapat crispy.. Para naman siyang crispy fry banana if ganun
Maruya po sa bisaya,hindi po sya mukhang msarap,talagang masarappp!👍👍
