Listen to the reason he gives for deciding not to play in Winnipeg--how would you feel about working for a company whose CEO told you your work must always come ahead of your family? What obligation would you feel to follow through with a company philosophy like that? That coach--and his club-- need to examine their motivations...

bad enough that if he were telling the truth, you probably wouldn't have like a hundred guys who have played in the organization under the same people talking about how good it is to play there, how they have taken pay cuts to stay, how much O'Shea and Miller care about them and their families
you've gotta be pretty blind to reality to think that's what's going on, but people will believe what they want to think is true
@@bowlerdude041 you are assuming that these others' circumstances were identical to his? To "care about them..." can have a hundred different interpretations--such as I'll care about your situation for as long as it doesn't interfere with your job here at work...
