I noticed that compared to the other actors, Sigourney Weaver seems to be more buoyant and had to spend more effort swimming at the same depth. You can tell by the downward angle of her body as she moves such as at 4:55 - 4:58, and at 10:03 - 10:11 she literally just floats up above the camera. I think this is definitely attributed to her lung capacity. Though she didn't have any training for "Alien: Resurrection" as she was busy with another work project up until walking on set, she did have several weeks/months to I think over the course of a year of freedive training during the filming of "Avatar: The Way of Water". Filming for that movie began in 2017, and at the age of 68, she had a static breath hold time of 6:30 minutes, which is incredible.
