2. Time of the day doesn’t matter.
3. No need to work for 16-18 hours. 7-8 hours of QUALITY WORK.
4. Sleep sufficient, no compromise. 8 hours.
5. 50-10. Pomodoro.
6. No distractions while studying.
7. Meditation.
8. Takeout time for REVISION.
9. Regular model test.
10. Focus well.

1.Time of the day doesn't matter.
2. 6 to 7 hours of study is more than enough.
3.Importance of sleep.
4.7 sessions of 50 minutes.
5.2 to 3 hours for personal self.
6.cut out distraction
7.15 minutes meditation
8.take out time for revision.

9.test series
10.donot think your future Nd past
Lectures attend karna isme include hai
Replace think* with WORRY. and it's the most imp. Part to leave the baggage of past and future
