I dont have that option, theme editor. how do I get to that screen ? current theme is fortune. menu options under appearance are Themes, Customize, wigets, menus, background, amp, additonal CSS, AMP.

It's normal to not have it, you can use a plugin which is called: Insert header and footer, you can find it in the plugins of wordpress, good luck.

Yeah. you forgot to mentiont that in order to have that option under appearance, you need to download the theme editor plugin. Otherwise, right on.
