Been playing electric guitar since ‘96 and never owned nor played an acoustic before. I got mine thru Fingerhut about 5 years ago and I thought it as great. The only problem I had was with the bridge. After about 18 months, it wore grooves where the B and high E string cross it and that was after playing it for 30 to 60 minutes per day. I guess TH-cam is just full of videos that are trying to sell you things and waste your time. Thank you. I mean if you know anything about guitars you know immediately if that guitar is a good one or not and you can tell us immediately whether it is a good guitar or not instead of waste our time with completely irrelevant information. Who cares if it has a spruce top it obviously looks like it has a spruce top what else could it be? Anybody who's buying the car knows exactly what the top is because it tells us what the top of the guitar is. So you don't actually have to tell us that what we see in front of our eyes is a spruce top or what the backs and the sides are or what the company is or a million other things that is completely and utterly irrelevant. Anybody who knows how to play guitar and they reach for the cheap guitar the first thing they might tried to guess is the action is it playable how difficult is it to play? You never even talked about it. Then there's the nut. Has it been filed correctly? Then there's the intonation? Why don't you play the harmonic on the 12th fret and compare it to the fretted note on the 12th fret? There's not anyone who knows anything about guitars who doesn't know that this is a sign of a good guitar. These are the things that I would expect you to know right off the bat and could tell us instead of never telling us anything about it at all. And we know exactly why you won't tell people this information because there's a lot of people out there who are fooled by people like yourself. And so they click and they get the guitar and they may not even know much about the guitar and you are taking advantage of that to generate videos for your channel.

@@edwardmylnychuk5774 That's great that you are still at it. Guitar is such a great hobby to have!
Great value for the price. The tuner pegs are no good though. Just swap those babies out.
Thanks for watching! Yes it's a great guitar. Upgrading the tuners would make it even better!
Heard on my IPhone, this Jasmine Acoustic Dreadnought guitar sounds a little on the thin side. I didn’t hear any bass tone that “warms up” the sound of an acoustic guitar. But then, it is a low priced, “budget” guitar.
The guitar sounds great 👍
I was impressed! It sounds and feels great! Are you considering one? Thanks for watching!
I‘m no guitar player, but yes it sounds really good!
I think another reason for the great sound is your ambitious and soulful playing :-)
@@Make_My_Day Oh thank you very much!
I have this guitar can you recommend a soft gig bag for it? There are so many and descriptions are not clear. Thanks!
Sorry for the late reply, just saw this. If you're still looking for a bag, this is a really nice one for a great price -

no trush Rod????
In my latest "doing everything backwards" adventure.. I'll be buying this exact guitar later on today for less than 100 bones...
20 years AFTER learning to play guitar on an electric lol 🙈🙈🙈🤷
Does anyone know what the U stands for in S35-U ?? also, are these laminate tops?
Good question about the U, I'm not sure what it references. I can confirm that yes, it is a laminated top. Thanks for watching!
Did you try the jasmine s45 sk?
No, I’ve only tried this one. What is the difference?
I don't know? I just saw it on facebook
Sounds Great!!!
I bought one thinking it would be great but it makes a metal screech on some of the strings if they are played any solutions??
Thanks for watching! When does this screech happen? Is it from moving your fretting hand along the strings? Or another time?
And... the... presentation... moves... along... at... a. .. snails... pace... to... increase... viewer time... on.... the.... video.... EIGHT MINUTES LATER we finally get to hear the actual guitar being played.
This is the guitar I have
Just bought it for my 10 year old grandson.
Been wanting a guitar for years now but I have some heart conditions not allowing me to work and I can’t draw disability and my parents are really poor and can’t afford one kinda sucks and I been bummed out for a while about it but I still have hope I’ll get a guitar 😊
What £135 not bad for start of for guitar for beginners .👍
Yes it’s great! Are you in the UK?
The guitar sounds very tinny to me. No bass response.. it does look good though. As a beginner guitar or campfire guitar it's ok.
great sounding Guitar
Yes, it really is! I'm blown away at the quality and sound. Have you played one?
I'm barrowing my brother's guitar until I get Ed Sheeran's guitar pretty soon. It's $400and I can't wait. I wanted to see if a cheaper guitar sounded as great!
Thanks for watching! Did you get the Ed Sheeran guitar yet?
Nice video I enjoyed it you’re right you and I spend a lot of money on a very expensive guitar I don’t feel that I make the connection with that particular guitar I think it’s all about how are you building a deep
Thanks for the comment. It looks like the end got cut off though (?)
To be clear, this is NOT a Jasmine by Takamine, correct?
Correct, from what I understand Takamine is no longer involved with the Jasmine line. Have you tried one?
@@Studio33guitar I had a Takamine years ago.
@@christopheraaron8299 Me too! Takamines are great. This one plays like a Takamine. Great guitar!
I paid $60 for mine it's coming in a few days.
Did you receive this yet? What do you think? Thanks for watching?
8:39 that was Green Day
You got it!
@@Studio33guitar hooray 🎉
For the price it sounds very good. Still, it sounds like just a good, cheap, guitar. I was looking at buying one slightly used and I'm going to pass. I need more, because 6 string acoustic is my least favorite, so it's only going to be one.
Hello brother very good
Hello, thanks for watching! I'm glad you liked it. How long have you played guitar?
Please link
High, the link is in the description, but here it also is -

Sounds like it either has intonation issues from the fretboard or you didn't tune it before beginning? Very out of tune??
Thanks for watching. I didn't notice when recording, but on playback yes I can notice some out of tune notes. This was tuned, but directly out of the box. I have since changed the strings and adjusted the intonation and it's great now. Thanks again
I want a guitar so send me here to malawi
Tho most I’ve spent on an electric guitar is $9,751
Sounds great
I was impressed! Thanks for watching. How long have you been playing guitar?
@@Studio33guitar on and off about 5 years. At first I had a hard time getting C Major chord, but with practice I got it. I love to play. I could play fot hours and not even get tired. I just recently got a new Rogue RA 090 Natural. The strings were dead on neck. All I had to do was tune it up, and it sounds great.
A lot of the great sound is attributed to the player though. Funny if I go buy it it won't sound quite that good ? LOL.
That’s true, the player will affect the sound. How long have you been playing for?
I just bought one today. I'm a pro level harmonica player and am also a percussionist and singer. I wanted to embark on a new dynamic.
Oh that's excellent! This is a great guitar to start with!
All you need is a two by four and tape a cardboard box to one end
As of writing this comment, the price rose to $159.99
It sounded worse than I hoped but good enough for the price point, but maybe its because I was listening to it on my phone...
Hi, thanks for watching. It sounds great "live" in the room. It's really a great guitar for the money!
I think the sound is really bad, but it’s pretty.
Why do most of these comments sound fake (lies)?
85 is still to much.. maybe I'll get the 35 dollar little one...😅
💎✨👌
85$ is not cheap
Very cheap when it comes to guitars
@@endlesspower23it’s $150 now
85 dollars for a good acoustic guitar is very cheap
You are way off on your fingering for "Free Falling"
It sounds terrible compared to the Harley Benton or the Orangewood guitars.
Useless review. Too much talk, too little playing and when he starts playing at 8:06, he plays only with pick, no finger picking.
I'm selling my Jasmine takamine.
Because you don’t like it? Or just moving on?
Tah kah MEE NEH lol
8 minutes waffle....
I need a cheap guitar because I’m homeless and need to make money using it
