Perhaps the most underrated singer of the crooner generation. Sammy was not only a great singer, he was an incredible dancer and could play every instrument in the band. Listen to him doing the classics "What Kind Of Fool Am I (also written by Anthony Newley)", "I Gotta Be Me", "Once In A Lifetime (yes, Anthony Newley wrote this too)", and his silly but very popular hit (again, written by Anthony Newley) "Candy Man".

I LOVE "What Kind Of Fool Am I!" Absolutely lovely. In my mind, it goes with Roy Clark's, "Yesterday When I was young."

Sammy Davis Jr. was one of THE BEST.. Could he ever belt out a song. Such talent. He was part of the rat pack, Frank Sinatra, Joey Bishop, Dean Martin, Peter Lawford and I believe Angie Dickenson... I remember when The Sands would not allow Sammy to sing and Frank said he would never perform there again if they didn't allow his friend to sing, something like that...The Sands gave in. Sammy was a huge success! I still listen to him to this day and this was my folks music...It's good to be alive...Thank you for playing this!

Folks, this is your musical grandfather. He has been called by musicians and fans as the greatest entertainer of the 20th century. You HAVE to watch him perform " Mr. Bojangles".

Y'know, I don't think that I'm overstating this, I grew up in the 60's in Northern New Hampshire. I did not see a person of color until I was in high school. I could not comprehend all the racism I saw in the news. The only black folk I knew were entertainers, athletes, and yes, comics. Black Panther was one of my favorites. I am so glad I got to see them. Love and joy.

This rendition is different than on Sammy's album. The live performance is actually better. Very emotional and soulful; I love it!

Try some music by YES one of the greatest progressive rock groups of all time and my favorite band. You haven't reacted to them at all. They have many long songs that are masterpieces. Not your usual music. Some good ones include "Roundabout", "Close to the Edge", "The Gates of Delirium". "Awaken", "Turn of the Century"... Loads of good ones. I will subscribe if you do and so will thousands more YES fans.

Man, the intro was terrible, they were all out of tune! If Sammy heard rap, he would roll over in his grave.
