I think Andie Ella stays in an apartment just like this one in the same area 2 years ago. You probably paying around $5000. The reason why they asked you for all if this thing because in NY if you rent an apartment and you decide not to paid there's nothing the landlord can do to make you pay, if the landlord take you to court a judge will give you 6 months free. Therefore renting in New York is not easy. And this area is very secure it's under the microscope 24/7.

Oui exactement ! Beaucoup d’influenceurs sont venus dans cette tour comme Sophie Pav (thatgirlsophy) et Andie Ella, c’est d’ailleurs en voyant la sécurité dans ce quartier et la vue des appartements grâce leurs vidéos que j’ai décidé de venir ici 😌
