When does the shocks need to be replaced?? One side keeps hitting the bottom

@@themanitobaman1964 I have the opportunity to purchase this tc20 at $400 price tag locally on fb marketplace. I can save $150 and go with tc5000 but seems primitive compare to the tc20. Thanks for your prompt response. Merry Christmas!
Where can I get the mcb it keeps giving me error h 07 ?
