More so - it's amazing how fast politics moves. Obviously, we're not in lockdown any more, so in that respect, real life has moved on from when I wrote the show, six months ago. But in terms of the actual politics... I think, in a horrifying way, we're even closer to the ideas in the show than we were when I wrote it. The new policing bill certainly has overtones of the 'Emergency Powers Bill' that features in the play.

I loved this 💕, especially coming from the U.S. with our current political drama and shutdowns. I wish fixing things was as easy as this. 😂
