Does this program or plugin replace Da Vinci Resolve?

I'm using that for over 6 years and its good. But I don't think it replace Resolve, but it's faster to edit and color grading in one program. And I'm still learning how to use it :)

I've got both Color Finale and Resolve Studio. Resolve color are massive, sophisticated and ... very complex tools. I think DaVinci Resolve are aimed for film professional colorists specialized in this area, I am convinced that most DR users only use 20% color tools possibilities. My NLE favourite is Final Cut Pro and Color Finale is perfect: no headache roundtrips to DR, integrates very well into Final Cut Pro (Metal and M1 support), it has all the tools I need to achieve my color goals.
