Well, some of the information I come across online and want to keep it as a reference so I’ll print it to keep in my BOS. Other things are specifically my own like the rituals and spells I write. My birth chart is in there as well as things that pertain to my astrological life. The main thing is that you make it yours. Include things that resonate with you.
You can get them anywhere. Office supply will have the most consistent selection but I’ve been getting mine at the thrift store. Some are actually old photo albums and they work just as well.
For the herb bundles that I make myself, I get their properties from Cunningham’s Herb Dictionary. I did find a large index of herbs listed online that I printed and out in there as well.

Mine is a lot like that but it is in 36 sections. Each in its own book
