Was in Bali last year and loved it. Very nice people and super pretty nature, especially the waterfalls. The temples are worth a visit. Nusa Dua was very luxurious and the beaches are dreamy. The only downside was the traffic, the system is collapsing. 10 miles= 90 minutes. :-(

This was a nice trip down memory lane. I have been to Bali in 1997 and aside from Kuta it wasn't very touristic then. We went to Ubud to visit a mask maker and that was very interesting. Still have my Balinese volcanic rock Ganesh statue in my living room.

I've been to Penida, Lembungon & Ubud! Rode our motorbikes up and over Mount batur. Stunning views.
