Saw them perform Ready for Battle in the 80's at Melodyland in Anaheim along with Debby Boone. Still sing Ready for Battle when putting on my full armor of God! .
Our ensemble used to sing this song. It was very popular at our church. I love that the writers of this song are singing the truth of Scripture. The armor of God is our weaponry not some of the contemporary spins that have been placed on praise as a weapon. Praise certainly has it's place in the believers life but praise is offering unto God. Let's keep the scriptures.
