    I don't like woke but i have to admit i have empathy for these people. I mean they dedicated there lives to this an companies are runing away. They have families to

      The problem is that this particular thing has been strictly illegal since 1964. Anyone even remotely in the area of HR etc would have known this very well indeed and as such they were willing to do a job that brings in people into a company illegally. This isn't a good thing.

    Merit only please! Too many incompetent fools in important jobs that they cannot perform. Let’s raise standards, not remove them.

    Just pointing out that under Title VII of the Civil rights act of 64, it is strictly illegal to undertake DEI
    The language is strict - it is illegal " to limit, segregate, or classify his employees or applicants for employment in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee, because of such individual's race, color, religion, sex, or national origin."
    Notice it says deprive or TEND TO deprive. That is a catchall - it means you cannot even discriminate if you find DEI hires that are AS GOOD so you cannot use DEI as a way to distinguish between equally qualified candidates.
    The whole thing is illegal and you are perpetuating it.
