People attack equity because you're directly targeting specific demographics and saying "They shouldn't get more jobs, they have enough." directly affecting job opportunities for races you don't like, which is racism. Promoting it is racist, which contradicts your entire approach. You think it's fine to be racist to whites, because they deserve it, or it's necessary, to which I say, you're a hypocrite, and won't be taken seriously. You've experienced this first hand.

EDI is the work that goes against Jesus teaching. Even in Christianity Jesus does not teach that people will have the same outcome Matthew 25:14-24, 26-30 KJV [14] For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. [15] And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey. [16] Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents. [17] And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two. [18] But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money. [19] After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them. [20] And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more. [21] His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. [22] He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them. [23] His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. [24] Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed: [26] His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed: [27] thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury. [28] Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents. [29] For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath. [30] And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. bible.com/bible/1/mat.25.14-30.KJV

DEI is nothing more than racism and sexism under the cute umbrella of wokism....Creating DEI is to use someone's skin color and genitals in determining whether someone gets hired or not. This is EXACTLY what Martin Luther King Jr. fought against. "I want my children to be judged not by the color of their skin but by the content of their character". It's unconstitutional and will be struck down soon. That, and many companies are already ditching this divisive and illegal crap.

“How do we say …okay,..if this is taken away, what opportunity does this provide us in order to make this truly equitable, so that nobody has an advantage over anyone else… plus… “ “You want equity? Great, let’s look at what that really looks like.” Companies provide many resources that are not used by their employees. None of these resources should be race-specific. Resources should be made available to all employees based on roles.

How are people to respond? The word “grooming” was brought up multiple times, which can be perceived in a very negative way. When a person calls themselves an “ally”, and then you reprimand them for speaking up, this turns people off that could easily decide to stay quiet. How about acknowledging people’s accomplishments, and not focusing on their skin pigment? Such a strange view on life.

The issue is DEI can never be implemented again with the same results by far. Democrats are always trying to use republican vision and policies way after introduction because they think Americans are stupid and forget!!! What is more inclusive than abolishing slavery and including them into the American society or ending Jim Crowe because democrats were still sour about slaves being freed. Equity is having an equal shot and using your time wisely and watching people progress and saying you should be at the same success for less work! I believe democrats should be held accountable and apologize for their atrocities and stop calling republicans everything they are guilty of . What could be better than just being an American!!! It’s the best participation prize ever!!! Why would you feel guilty about the past or whatever people did? There was a 1000 black slave owners in New Orleans. Slavery was legal and people who engaged in slavery didn’t feel as bad about it as you ladies and were not as hated as cattle rustlers. And historically speaking a slave in America was far better than anyway else at the same time. Brazil had 60 % of slaves from Africa. I believe they have the controlling interest in what should be talked about when it comes to slavery. I think if you do your job and we’re hired because of your capabilities and experience to do the job the best you shouldn’t have to think about the past before your parents. I don’t dislike you ladies because of anything I can’t see or hear. I just don’t like people thinking about traits you can’t change and calling yourself whatever liberals name you depending on their advances in progressive ideology instead of tangible progress. Everyone has the right to basic human characteristics. Hate is legal, discrimination is legal , stereotyping is legal but it’s who is offended and how they classify it without ways of proving it with measurements! Like criminalizing hate speech! Why don’t they just mandate love like vaccines because they won’t take a lie detector test to prove they don’t dislike something that someone else can define as hate . I once asked a person from Rwanda their struggles as a black person . Unless you’re in government departments that assist citizens then you need to focus on profitability and if you are spread recourses equitable and include everyone that qualifies and you will help the most diverse amount of people! As many races, sizes and religions. Diverse doesn’t mean only people of darker complexion. It’s the opposite. Let’s stop funding colleges and universities and let people study and get good grades so you’re potential is recognized and funding and scholarships are what they are intended to be. If I’m selling something I don’t care about peoples back ground or the consumers! Cost and quality. I think your civil and kind ladies and I would treat you with respect and could be in your company and want to hear more about you

Didn't Earn It. Its racism & socialism. It was a good thing one day, so we were told over & over, then pushed down everyone's throats including corporations & mom & pop business that are being put of out business due to this unconstitutional & racist agenda. Now bc the Dems held their coup & pushed out biden so kamala could be placed after they lied to you all for 5 years, suddenly D(idnt) E(arn) I(t) is now a bad thing. So which is it? Good or bad? Bc this isn't something that can be switched day to day moment to moment, like it's a handbag. See how their agendas shift when their narrative changes? The left even has themselves so confused by their lunacy! Time to wake up & get off the 'institution' that is the democratic plantation. Critical thinking & pattern recognition are your friends. This is a marxist regime pushing their radical, racist, & divisive agendas so they can complete their nefarious 2030 agenda. Everyone else is waking up bc they see the truth now. Black, white, yellow, brown, gay & straight.... All coming together to fight this. You won't like what they have coming down the pike. We were right about the mandatory injection & it's dangers... And were right since 2019 when joe said he was going to run for potus. We saw his issues then & tried to warn everyone, but we were called conspiracy theorists & not-see's. Even when in 2020 when joe didn't come out of the basement to campaign. The Dems & their minions in the media did EVERYTHING to hide the truth from you, even convincing you that your eyes were lying, only to come out 4 years later & finally admit the truth we already had known. Then they disenfranchised their base by replacing their candidate they voted for, biden, w/who they didn't. Now ya'll are happy bc, "at least it's not Trump". That's sheer ignorance & being lazy by being gullible to believe the propaganda you're being fed instead of going outside your box to find the truth. You're party is far from truthful. This past 4/5 years you've been lied to & brainwashed. That alone should be your proof & should've awakened your curiosity if you're really sincere about saving your country... & yourselves. How's the economy affecting your life? How about crime? Look beyond msm, sm, & your nose. Stop allowing yourselves to be the victims of the largest psyop in American history. Welcome to the unity that is the love for our country. We don't see skin color, we see content of character. You just have to step away from the gaslighting for a minute. Being a born and bred Chicagoan I used to vote democratic bc that's what my family always did & made sure we did as well. I woke up after Bill Clinton's presidency, voted republican for the 1st time for republican, & never looked back. Give it a try. You won't be sorry. But, you'll have more $$$ in your pocket again so you & your family can thrive once again, instead of merely surviving.❤

But it doesn’t help, say, a BIBLE believer who has certain convictions. THEY are discriminated against. Did you notice that? Safety = Hazard identification and management to determine risk factors. Risk Factor = The probability of encountering a hazard multiplied by how severe the loss is likely to be after the encounter. The product can determine the quality of a relationship. Risk Management = Strategies or practices put in place to eliminate risk or reduce risk to an acceptable level, all in an effort to manage/correct hazardous conditions. DEI Efforts = Management of behaviors using safety and risk data to improve the quality of relationships. These conditions exist wherever people relate to one another. In an office, in an airplane, scuba diving, formula one racing, or snow skiing in Colorado. I suspect the goal of DEI is to improve the quality of relationships. The benefit s.of which could be greater creativity, innovation, collaboration, and eventually solving the greatest problems affecting most people.

Public Enemy, building upon the work and observations of Dr. Francis Cress Welsing, known as "The Isis Papers," titled their 1990 album "Fear of a Black Planet" to illuminate the influences for the behaviors people who classify themselves as "white" practice in defense of their belief system/religion/business often called racism/white supremacy. Politics = Discussions about the distribution of resources. DEI = Increasing access to resources through participation. Participation ➡️ opportunity ➡️ influence ➡️ can produce change. This is my recipe for producing power. Power = The ability to effect change The ability to effect change (power in the hands of marginalized people) is most likely the driving force behind the "fear," producing the resistance to DEI efforts. Many addicts will declare..."it's hard giving up the drug of choice"... due to the depth of mental and physical dependence that has been created through, in this case, generations of abusing the psychotropic drugs called racism/white supremacy and all other -isms. Addicts will also state, "In order to heal, you must first admit anf accept that you have a problem." Denial of addiction/abuse coupled with dedication to maintaining control measures of people classified as marginalized and fear of retribution may be the tap roots of resistance to realizing the support needed for the psycho-social changes driven by DEI requests.

We need intentionality regarding layoffs? So laying people off based on race and gender, yeah you are the good guys. Sarcasm if you couldn’t tell.

What should be the strategic response by employees when leadership of an org. states... "Explicit federal regs and our own internal HR policies provide constraints to achieving diversification within the Department?"

What are the specific regulation and what are the specific restraints? From what I can determine, most regulations are specific in 4 areas, recruiting and hiring being one. That doesn't mean that you aren't intentional from where you are providing access to the opportunities. There are some very strategic workarounds that can be utilized. Unfortunately, the nuances are missed when legal teams get involved and the sentiment is we do nothing in fear of the law instead of thinking about what is the most we can do without breaking the law.

@DEIAfter5 Hello DA5. Regs and restraints were not named, only the categories mentioned. Hiring and personnel policies were provided as the only examples of legally bound constraints. I found it off-putting to tell the team to go out and find ways to make the customer smile, but the org. can do very little to help YOU smile due to the constraints of the very same rules put in place to "support" you. To me, the first item to go on the "Equity Team" corrective actions matrix is: 1. Examine current personmel policies for improvement opportunities. Please let me know if my perspective is clear or if I may be in need of a stronger prescription (more equity education). Thank you.

Whats up. saw your TH-cam channel and understand you are a TH-camr. Very nice video on your channel, I really enjoyed it. Total subscribers 625 and a Total of 114 Uploaded videos of your channel. I noticed one thing according to your channel your channel videos are not viewed and subscribed. You need to optimize your channel and do video SEO to reach your target audience. Otherwise, if you upload videos to your channel throughout the year, none of your videos will get viral views. If your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are SEO then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. And monetization of your channel will be on. As a professional digital marketer, I want to help you with this. let's discuss your channel I am looking forward to your response
