Thanks Paul. Ya know, I’d love to know how to click on a project and trigger a POPUP detail page.... instead of waiting for the standard detail page to load. It would be more immediate and faster for a viewer.
Is there an easy way to link directly to a filter tab on a portfolio?
For example, if I wanted to send someone to the Projects page (where the portfolio widget is being used) with the Upcoming Projects tab pre-selected and loaded instead of always loading the All tab? Like when you define a section ID and link it to a menu item.
Hi Paul, I was wondering if you've made a Portfolio Archive Template?
The reason I'm asking is because I'm making one now and I don't have a way to set it as a Portfolio only Achive template in the Display rules.
I made it using CPT and it doesn't show in Display Rules. So I've set them to 'Include all Archives' and then a 2nd one to 'Exclude Post Archives'. Hoping this is a correct approach down the road when I make my Posts archive?
I cannot figure out how to change the "Menu Order" so I can put the posts in the order I want to display them in. Any tips, tricks, or thoughts?
I am just learning about the portfolio function which is awesome but I setup my projects in pages not posts (100+). I was able to figure out how to manually add the pages in the portfolio but it will not filter. Do you know if there is a way to add a category or tag to a PAGE in order to filter? Thanks
Hi. Thanks for this video. Despite having watched at several tutorials, I still can't find the solution to my problem. Maybe you can help me? With Elementor PRO, within the Portfolio, I would like to create a normal image gallery so that, by clicking on a photo, a sub-gallery with other photos (such as details of the photo itself) appear. In practice, like having an album with different topics, I click on a photo, and all the photos related to that topic appear. I would not like to have the taxonomy / Tags file.
For example, exactly as you show in this video, you show a gallery whose images have names (City Parks, City Gardens, etc.). By clicking on City Parks, I would like to have a new gallery with all the photos related to this theme. I hope I have explained. I would appreciate if you could answer.

As same as the filter question, do you know how to put custom tags for the filter? So only some tags will be shown, not all tags.

Yeah alright cool that you can costumize your gallery like this, but I want to make the image clickable and take you to a dedicated project page where you can find the video and some information (im a videographer). There is not one video on how to costumize your 'post' page. and besides, why should you use wordpress' posts instead of just creating a new page? Help me please!

@@sinakarimi8604 My solution was to use Gallery instead of portfolio. You can apply a filter but can't use your portfolio post images or categories that you created in WP. You'll have to insert all the images one by one in each new filter category you will create within elementor. This way, when you'll click on it, it will be a lightbox. I hope it helps and its clear.
