- GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL 2023 has now been and gone but we managed to get tickets again and filmed our 'best bits' moments of this years glasto showing all the sights and sounds. In this video we show off the best bits of Glastonbury Festival. The tricky thing is that Glastonbury festival is sooo big and everyones experience is so unique so we try to show you the best bits of what we got up to but as you can imagine there is still so much we missed and so much more to explore!
We paid full price for our Glastonbury Festival tickets so this is not a 'promo' or 'ad' for the festival!! However... if anyone at Glastonbury Festival is watching please feel free to get in touch as we'd love to properly work with you and show off even more of the festival and 'behind the scenes' next year ;)

Best place on Earth
I won tickets in 2019, and it was life changing! It's hard work, overwhelming, loud, relentless, exciting, inspiring, educational, thought provoking, smelly, hot, busy, but also chilled, respectful, spiritual and a strange feeling of being connected to everything, land, air, water and each other. We've worked it since because we had to get back. We're in the greenfields promoting sustainability and wool
That is a very good list of words to describe Glasto 🙌🏻 nowhere else compares to it!
I’ve been volunteering at the farm since 2009 and this years was by far the best. The run for me on the Friday of Texas, Foos , Royal Blood was just the best. It is without doubt the best festival and place in the world for 5 days we’re you can be your real self. Roll on 2024.
Refugees not welcome at Glastonbury, just look at the size and cost of the ring of steel, can they borrow it at Dover
My favourite glasto so far 🙌🏼 so many amazing moments ✨️
They just keep getting better 💃🏼🕺🏼
Fantastic video! Can't imagine how long this took to make! 🔥
Thanks mate! Yeah I wasn’t a quick edit to turn around 😅
First time for me going to Glasto tomorrow and the pre-match nerves have been horrendous. Your videos have definitely put me at ease, hope to catch you there if you're going this year!
Great video as usual. Been trying to get to Glastonbury for well over 10 years and still haven’t made it. Now aged 50 something I love watching on tv and your wonderful videos. Maybe next year! xx
Fingers crossed for tickets this time around 🤞🏻 hopefully our videos make you feel like you were there!
Thanks James and Hollie for another great video. I have been enjoying your channel for a few years now, Love it all but originally came for the Glastonbury content. I have been to 13 now, couldn't go this year but will go next year. Its so unique, I am 63 now and there is never any judgement, no ageism, I can go out raving and no one bats an eye! Never seen any trouble, no fights. Ive seen some sights though🤪everyone is out to have
fun. Its a very special place and i hope to keep going as ling as i can. Keep up the good work xx
Yeah it’s so lovely everyone gets on so well there and it’s great all ages are so welcome 🙌🏻 hopefully see you there next year!
Thanks SO MUCH for this guys!! It was my first time this year and there’s so much we didn’t see or do but still had the BEST time. You’ve helped fill in some blanks and get me excited to explore more next time 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🧡
That's the best thing about Glasto, there is so much to see and do and everyone has their own original experiences!
Awesome video James, as alway's. Looks like you had great time. Ive been to Glaso 3 Times in the 80's, paid tickets for One. And two over the fences. :) Its an experience you can never get over.
Haha I can imagine it was very different back then!
Loved this video 🙌. I haven’t been to Glasto since 2011 so looking forward to returning next week 🎉
Great Glasto video yet again!! 😊...
I had an amazing glastonbury again! I had 2 Glastonbury highest this year which was Fredagain & Sir Elton John.... Roll on next years! 🥰 Hopfully see you both at The Tree🤞
Fab guys felt like I was there🥰💓💞💕💟💔💚💙💜
Thank you very much, that’s the feeling we tried to get across in this video 💃🏼🕺🏼
Woohoo Brothers cider bus, yes! :-)
It was great to see you there!
Hope to see you there next year 😅
Didn’t get to the Thursday meet up. My top acts was Skindred , Rick Astley , The Hives , The Foos, Casseyette, Phil Hartnoll ( 1/2 of Orbital) , Gun and Roses. Seen loads more ! This was my 10th one. I still grin at my random meet up with you just before Skrillex years ago. Been watching all your videos since . Top man James ! Glad you had a great time. This video has made my Glastonbury blues a tad better! Roll on ticket Sunday in oct/nov! Hopefully see you again soon !
Haha yeah I still think about that time we bumped into each other all those years ago!! 🤞🏻 for tickets again next year!
awesome video! cant wait till i graduate so i can go to glasto next year been looking forward to it for years now
Nice, fingers crossed for tickets 🤞🏻
Cheers James and Holly, you actually included me an my little lad (10yrs old) in your vlog. Met yous in 22 at hobo jones in. But watched your first flogs since my first glasto in 2019.
Your videos got us so excited for our first Glastonbury together in 2022. It's why we watched Hobo Jones in 2022 & 2023. It's now a tradition for us too!
Great vid! 2023 was my first Glasto at the age of 70. Highlights were too many to list but in Glade I was waiting for 70s legend Steve Hillage and caught Dutty Moonshine Big Band who completely blew me away. Steve Hillage was amazing as well!
Thanks for that. I loved Caroline Polachek at Woodsies and raced back for Elton (way, way back). But my favourite was Chemical Brothers at Arcadia. Oh, what a night. Pleased you draw attention to the quiet and contemplative bits too. Up the hill and finding the right scrap of shade. Best bar for us this year? Platform 23!!!
Me too!
Thanks man and lady for showing me around Glastonbury the way I would like to be shown around Glastonbury
😅 we’ve been trying to find the balance of having us on camera chatting about things and just having real/atmosphere shots to make you feel like you were there! Hopefully we managed that!
Another great glasto vlog.
My 1st time and you can watch all the videos you want, IT DOESNT DO IT JUSTICE. IT IS INCREDIBLE!!! Nobody judges, all the stresses and worries of normal life disappear for a magical 5 days.
gutted I missed the meet, I did walk past Hollie early one morning however I didn’t want to disturb you - it was 8.30ish. Heading back to my tent in kidney mead.
The only sound issue for us was for EJ, which was a shame.
no video or picture's get across the real atmosphere of everyone having the best time ever! HAHA yeah Hollie was probably a bit tired at that time in the morning!!
Hey James & Hollie,
Another great Glastonbury video.... so sorry I didn't manage to catch up with you both. I saw a quick clip of the Glade when Gok Wan was on, and I was at a couple of the acts you were at too when I wasn't on shift.
You asked people to articulate what the festival means to you. In all honesty I probably couldn't say, as a crew member my experience is alot different to the general public. I do think I miss some of the 'magic' but then I get to see other parts.
It was great that it was dry but I did struggle quite a bit this year with the heat, but it's better than the mud!!
Yes we will take the sun over the mud any day!! We went to the glade a few times this year (not everything we did we filmed) and did think we might bump into you but unfortunately didn’t. Hopefully next year!
Festival no.6 for me, all part of the recycling crew. Its so hard to articulate, theres literally no place like it. Its a kind of utopia where you have no real life pressures or responsibility.
Yes it was so hot this year ive had people asking me if ive been abroad this week😆 and thank you, i think you saw most thing's i wanted to but didnt make it to!
There is no place like it. It just feels like a parallel universe where time and ‘life’ responsibilities don’t exist and you can just live your best life there with no stress or trouble! If only the real world was just a little bit like Glasto! And yes it was hot, made it tricky trying to see everything instead of shade hunting!!
Hi James and holly
Just rewatching your Glasto vlog and was wondering if you guys were going this year?
If so make your vlogs longer like the years gone by.
There so good, and show much more than just the music 😊
Hi! Yes we are going again 🕺🏼 we’re currently trying to decide if we’re actually going to film this year or not..!?
i fill ... love, friends ,and a good poeple
OMG I walked passed the painter @1:27 on the way to meet with Mr Popoduodolis 💩 at compost toilets in the stone circle. I always wounded how it turned out. Looks great 👍
Yeah he has some fantastic paintings. Seen him there quite a few times over the years 👌🏻
I've just seen this in my run up to 2024. Thanks you did a good job. There were 4 of us and a 3 year old and we had such fun. You highlighted some of our favourite bits: Carhenge, the Wood, Platform 23, Avalon Inn, Glastonbury-on-Sea, the Zorbing bit and, for me, climbing up the hill. My favourite music: Caroline Polachek, Rina Sawayama, Weyes Blood and Chemical Brothers at Arcadia. What will it be this year???
Am gonna go there for my 60th 😅
Seeing four tet eating a satsuma while mixing at stonebridge 👌🏼
My highlights this year ...
1. Alt-J (The Park)
2. Warpaint (Woodsies)
3. Global Collective (Croissant Neuf)
I walked past you guys in, I think, 2022's festival, but didn't brave to say hello! So hello!
Haha we aren’t that scary!!
Totes Diablo respect.
Must have been within 10 feet of you at Ben Bohmer. One of the highlights of the weekend for me, hope he's back next year.
Haha he was awesome! We’d like to see him again too 🤞🏻 for next year
How to some it up?
You know that feeling you get when you wake up, you don't have to be in work or school that day, and you remember you have plans to go out dancing and partying with your friends all day?
Times that by 5000.
You're about half way to feeling the buzz you get on Worthy farm.
That is a great summary! The days plan is to just go out with your friends and enjoy life with 200k other people doing the same and make more friends along the way 😅
Come on next year
If first Glastonbury was 2003 Barbster, I was there too.
Yeah 2003 but I can’t really remember it as I was only 15 then and was probably overwhelmed by it all!! Can remember 04 a lot better!
I loved it all and I just want to say. It's about time you guys get away and have some d*** fun. God bless peace, be with you much love and respect. By the way, I wanna see more. I love you both more more love. You, God bless you.
Haha we sure did have some fun there!!
Still like more videos please? More more more of you guys! You know I love you smile more Tampa girl
Holly, where do you get your outfits from? They are amazing
I’m a FMS volunteer and would love to meet you on the Thursday. What time do you meet on the Thursday please? Another amazing video thank you
Thank you very much 👌🏻 We usually do a meet up at 11am on the Thursday so hopefully it will be the same again next year (as long as we get tickets!!)
Thank you and you will. Take care
How do you guys always get tickets???
They live nearby and get offered tickets first (not just them but the surrounding area)
We live local and get an extra chance getting tickets but it still isn’t guarantee. We still also have to pay full price for the tickets too!
How do I feel at Glastonbury? I feel like I'm home. I live in Manchester.
Would be great if everyone shared there experiences of Glastonbury on here so it feel like we didn't miss nothing 😂❤ #2023 Glastonbury gang
We love hearing everyone’s special moments of Glasto as everyone’s is so unique!
Sheptons finest mc otter 4 min and 12 secs in
Have you ever seen a blue hair Rose?
Can all ages go?
Of corse any age can go! It’s probably the only festival that has babies and people in their 80s there, it’s so well catered for everyone 💃🏼🕺🏼
The Hives…….
