Oh,please there was these kids a few years ago that was a boy who was 9 and his sister was 7 and he gr@ped this girl that was 10 while his sister held her down a girl in the bathroom at the public library stall while her mother was outside the restroom. They closed the library for a week and tried to swept it under the rug because the kids where in fostercare and people didnt know how this could happen since they were all kids. This happened in nyc 135th st harlem. The mother sued the city. The boy knew the girl from school and the mother didn't see the boy sneak in to the bathroom with his sister. She fuoundbout when the daughter took to long to come out and the kicked everyone out the library because they thought an adult raped the girl. I never saw anything on the news about it but I was at the library when they kicked everyone out. Me and my baby and niece. It was closed for days and everyone knew why but didn't say anything about it.
